“I love that you get cold when it’s seventy degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle above your nose when you’re looking at me like I’m nuts. I love that after I spend a day with you I can still smell your perfume on my clothes, and I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night.”

If being intellectual is your facade, then do it right.

I love it when people try to appear smart on the internet, especially when they use their AVID/SAT/whatever vocabulary incorrectly. It’s like they use the thesaurus for every word they type in order to sound pretentious. They talk about reading books for leisure when in reality, it’s assigned from school, and they try to use flowery language from the Victorian era or some shit. It seriously gets too wordy.
Remember: precision is the key.
i admit.. i used to heavily rely on the thesaurus. in hopes that it would make me sound appealing to someone.. and that they would be more interested in what i had to say or what i knew.. man i have no game. =(

“People think that I’m crazy, just cause I wanna be alone
You can’t depend on friends to help you in a squeeze
We all deal with shit on our own
And sometimes the beef can grow, get out of hand
Yeah, you know it gets full blown
I never said that you mean the world to me
Maybe it’s best that you never know” —clock with no hands
